If you are traveling from outside of New York, we recommend arriving on Sunday, October 11th to make the most of the week. Watch for accommodation options and travel guidance here.

Refund requests are accepted up to September 1, 2026. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after EdTech Week concludes (by November 16, 2026). Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your ticket to EdTech Week 2027. Read ticket purchase policy here.
