  • EdTech Week 2026 will center around Teachers College, Columbia University, 525 W 120th St, New York, NY 10027. The StartEd CEO Summit opens on October 13 at Bollinger Forum, Columbia University. The closest subway stop is 116th Street (Columbia University) on the 1 train.

    • Tuesday, October 13: StartEd CEO Summit (invite-only) at Bollinger Forum, Columbia University.

    • Wednesday, October 14: EdTech Week Day One (Higher Ed, Workforce and Early Learning) at Teachers College, closing with the StartEd Marquee Reception from 5 to 7 PM.

    • Thursday, October 15: EdTech Week Day Two (PreK-12, Educators and Investors) at Teachers College, including the Shark Tank Finale from 4:00 to 5:15 PM.

  • If you are traveling from outside of New York, we recommend arriving on Tuesday evening, October 13, in time for the first day of EdTech Week on October 14. CEO Summit participants should arrive on Monday, October 12, since the Summit starts at 8:30 AM ET on October 13.   • Refund requests were accepted up to September 1, 2026. Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days after EdTech Week concludes (by November 16, 2026). After September 1, all sales are final, but you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or to EdTech Week 2027. Read the ticket purchase policy here.

  • Yes! Contact us at least 96 hours before the event starts with the full name and email of the original ticket holder and of the new attendee, and we'll update the registration. The new attendee will receive a new ticket by email. You can also transfer your ticket to EdTech Week 2027. Please note that name and company changes made in the last few days before the event may not appear on printed badges.

  • Reply to your confirmation email or contact us, and we'll cancel the registration for you (Whova only lets you edit a registration yourself within 24 hours of purchase). Refunds follow the policy above, so after September 1 we recommend transferring your ticket instead.

  • We aren't offering single-day passes at this stage. If we have the capacity closer to the event, single-day passes may be available onsite, but we won't know for certain until October 14. If you are interested in attending at this time, we recommend purchasing access white it is available, as day pass registrations may be the same cost as a full registration.

  • Yes. Educators, non-profits and government employees can register with the Educator / Non-profit / Government ticket for US$649 here. You will need to verify your educator status using your institution email address. Our deepest discounts are early bird registrations available up to Q2 (no longer available for 2026). At this time, we don't have any additional discount codes available. Follow EdTech Week speakers on social, or reach out to them directly if you are connected, as they may have speaker discounts available.

  • EdTech Week is an in-person event. We don't offer virtual tickets, and sessions are not livestreamed or recorded.

  • Access participant demographics here. The attendee list is available in the EdTech Week app for this year's registrants and speakers, 30 to 60 days before the event. In the app you can browse attendees' names, titles and companies and schedule meetings with them. We don't share attendee or exhibitor lists outside the app. Those interested in sponsoring may contact us to access a list of past year’s attendees, contact us here.

  • You don't need an invitation code. Log in to the Whova app with the same email address you used to register. If you useany other email, Whova asks for a code. If you don't remember which email you used, or want to switch to a different one, contact us and we'll update your registration.

  • First, check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, contact us with your full name and the email you registered with, and we'll confirm your registration and resend the ticket. At check-in, show the QR code from your confirmation email or from the Whova app, or simply give your name at the registration desk. If you can't make the first day, you can check in on any day of the event.

  • Yes. Send us the full name, email, company, job title and location of each attendee. We'll share the wire transfer instructions and, once the payment is confirmed, a code to register your team. For card payments, the order receipt in your Whova confirmation serves as your receipt.

  • We offer multiple options:

    • Sponsorships: custom partnership opportunities.

    • Outcomes Tank: curated 30-minute 1:1 meetings with schools and partners on October 14 and 15. The 1-Day Experience includes 8 scheduled meetings and 1 EdTech Week ticket, and the 2-Day Experience includes 16 meetings and 2 tickets. Both include access to the invite-only Think Tank: Connecting Schools and Partners.

    • Shark Tank: pitch competition for early-stage companies (applications for 2026 are closed).

  • The StartEd CEO Summit is an invite-only gathering of CEOs leading $10M-100M ARR edtech companies, alongside strategics, late stage investors and other senior leaders. It starts on October 13, before the main EdTech Week program.  Investors, including PE funds, can apply to attend the CEO Summit.

    Participation is via application. Each registration covers one person; we don’t extend complimentary access to executive assistants. Companies with $1M- $10M in ARR may apply, we selectively allow access for fast growth companies. Companies with less than $1mm ARR are recommended to take part through the Shark Tank (closed for 2026), Outcomes Tank, or StartEd Membership, or purchase discounted Entrepreneur registration.
