If you are traveling from outside of New York, we recommend arriving on Tuesday, October 13th to make the most of EdTech Week.
If you are taking part in the invite-only CEO Summit, we recommend arriving in New York on Monday, Oct 12.

Refund requests are accepted up to September 1, 2026. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after EdTech Week concludes (by November 16, 2026). Alternatively, you can choose to transfer your ticket to EdTech Week 2027. Read ticket purchase policy here.
